Ecstatic Dance Oosterhout is an initiative of Shanto IJzendoorn. In 2012, he brought Ecstatic Dance to the Netherlands and turned it into a huge success at Club Lite in Amsterdam. It sparked a dance wave extending far beyond the national borders and can be experienced in more than 100 locations in the Netherlands alone.

In 2024, Eva Nova took over from Shanto and became the face behind Ecstatic Dance Oosterhout.

Five years ago, Ecstatic Dance crossed her path, and since then, it has enriched her life in so many different ways. It has deeply touched her, inspired her, and allowed her to experience how much freedom, connection, and life energy arise when we can fully express ourselves in dance.

By now, a life without Ecstatic Dance has become indispensable for her.

With great passion, love, joy, and gratitude, Eva organizes Ecstatic Dance Oosterhout every month. Together with her team, she creates special events where you can be completely yourself. A place where you can dance without judgment, let go of what you no longer need, come home to your body, and where there is room for genuine connection.
